Cooking Classes in Cape Town
I’m Rori
I’ve often been told I have a golden touch when it comes to cooking and feeding people healthy meals. Coming from a Mediterranean family, I learned early on that good nutrition is key, even before a child takes their first steps or speaks their first words.
My Family
I come from a Mediterranean family, where healthy eating is the foundation of a child’s life, even before they start walking or talking. It’s like building a strong house; you need a solid base first. I did that for my two kids and my friends’ children by sharing my knowledge about healthy eating with other moms.
A few years ago, I worked as an in-house chef at a Montessori preschool in the UK. During my seven months there, moms were lining up to ask what I was feeding their kids. Many kids stopped getting sick, and others became curious about how I got them to eat foods they used to dislike. It was a proud moment for me to help improve the health of those children, especially the ones who regularly missed school due to illnesses like colds and ear infections.
I’ve also volunteered my services at a school in Mauritius, helping parents of children with diabetes. It would be my pleasure to introduce you to my methods and recipes, which will help strengthen your little ones’ immune systems and keep them free from antibiotics.

Testimonials
Rori, what a relief as a mom to see that my one-year-old twins like to eat everything I give them since you came into my life. Your knowledge of feeding babies & tots healthy food is priceless. Thank you, God bless you. Alicia – Atholl
Rori, my husband, lost the bet we put that no matter what you teach me to feed my 14-month-old boy, he will not eat. All the things he disliked from the moment I put him into solid food, now he eats everything. All three of us are grateful to you. Olivia – Sandton
